www.cbc.ca (http://www.cbc.ca) has streaming video. But it appears it can only be played if your IP address says you are in Canada.

I know that Starchoice will work as far south as Mexico City, but Bell only works on about 1/2 of it's transponders south of the Mason/Dixon line. One of it's two birds at 91 degrees west has a more northern footprint and only half of the channels are seen further south. Try Lyngsat.com to find out which channels are available on which Expressvu bird, if you go that route. The 82 degrees west bird, with the HD, should be OK that far south, on Bell.

Sounds like someone is missing his "Hockey Night in Canada".
(why else would anyone want CBC?)

I remember seeing a post from someone in Austin. He was using Expressvu and had an 18in dish for 82 but needed a 30in dish to receive both sats at 91. My Canadian friend here in Dallas has a 24in dish just for 82.
