sam lnt4661f vs son kdlw3000 46?

anyone wanna shed some light on which of these sets is really better? i got my samsung for about 1350 (crazy sale and discounts from guy i knew at circuit city), but after reasing about lip sync issued and whatnot i am thinking about taking it back and exchanging for the comparable (but maybe better?) sony 46". seems as though the sony has higher contrast ratio (13000:1 vs 10000:1) and the samsung has lip sync issues (by the way it is not hooked up yet as i do nto have furniture to put it in). If for whatever reason i set this samsung up and it is not perfect (lip sync issue for example), i thinkm y wife will kill me lol. trying to avoid that with some pre-emptive thought and action. thanks and please help.

Both are great but i noticed that the Sony had a better Picture quality. I have the 40w3000 and its a great HDTV.

The lip sync issue isn't there because it's that Sammy model. Lip sync problems can occur with any HDTV depending on the audio/video source equipment, types of connection used between audio/video and what video processing features are enabled.

If you have an A/V receiver with audio delay settings...you wouldn't have to worry to begin with. I suggest you do the hook-up first and see what you've got.
