insignia tv's and qam

I'm looking at the 20" insingina NS-F20TV from best buy and want to be able to watch unscrambled digital cable channels on it, but i'm not sure if it has qam or just astv. No where that I can find does it say it has qam but I know other tv's don't advertise qam and still have it. I do know at best buy the tv on display shows channels like 14-1 and 3-2, does that mean it has the qam tuner? I don't want to have to buy this and take it back if it won't show the digital chanels through the cable. Thanks
