Do I need a HD re-writer on my computer to burn HD DVD quality movies?

If you want to burn HD DVD movies to disc then you do need a HD DVD burner.

Here's a little secret. You can burn HD content onto regular DVDs with Pinnacle 11.

That's right! About 20 min on a regular 4.7gb DVD and 40 min on a dual layer.
