How to report to moderators

I see others have reported the spam to the moderators, I can't find the correct "button"
May I ask someone place the correct procedure to accomplish this in this thread??

Doesn't appear intuitive.

Somebody mentioned an icon to click on where is it.

there is a red triangle with an ! Go to the thread you want to report and click the icon for the post you want to report. The icon is under the name of the poster.
