Static at top of some channels

I don't know if this is a tv or bell satellite issue. I have a new 46 sharp and especially on some high def channels that are showing non high def programming (e.g. picture is square) I get a couple iritating lines of statis at the top. Does anyone else get this?

AndrewMy LCD panel has a "FILL" feature that turns on the overscan scaling to get rid of those. I'd check your Sharp for this. It may be set for 1:1 or something like that. Maybe playing with the zoom feature.
