I missed yesterday's chat with Charlie yesterday. Anything good to report? Any word on the new HD channels?:confused:

Did I mention the fact that I thought it was pathetic? A few noteworthy quotes:

"75 or 76 National channels now"
"Nobody else has more HD"
"Uh, TV's have just started coming out with 1080i " (NOT 1080p)

These ARE NOT word for word but they are accurate. Whatta joke.

No mention of USA or SciFi HD. :( That's not to say they won't show up sometime in the near future. One bit of info I did glean was that the local HD channels would be expanding in 2008. Important to me is that Memphis, Tn. would be one of them!! Woot!!

I Dvr'd it, and watched it this morning. Quite a disappointment how they
claim to have 70 plus national channels. No real mention of new upcoming channels, except they expect more local hd this year.

They did have a dot in the memphis area when showing hd locals for 08. I am waiting to...

Does anyone have a link to the map showing local HD coming in 2008?
Wondering if Des Moines made the list.
