DISH Program guide

I've noticed that my OTA channels show up in yellow on my guide. My question is : 90% of these OTA channels show me what is playing on the guide but there are 2 or 3 that show LOCAL PROGRAMING or OFF AIR. Both of the channels are FOX and both of the channels do play regular broadcasting when selected. They just won't show on the guide. I've called DN almost two weeks ago and they will check on it and call me back. I'm not holding my breath.

Mabey it is something very simple.

I wouldn't hold it. I have had the same thing on ion tv, and it's three subchannels since I started receiving them (a good three years or longer). There were others as well but they have since showing the program info.
