This Tivo model isn't even HD! Plus you are paying Tivo and they then sell the personal data they collect on your viewing habits to whomever will buy it. I love my BEV 9200 HD PVR even if I can't skip commercials while recording it is cheaper than a 6100 and a TiVO PVR.
