Best 720P 37-40 " LCD Re: 480i Picture ?

I am looking at Toshiba Regza 37 inch and the Samsung 37 that Costco has, not sure what to do.

I have a 3 yr old Sharp 32 inch, bought it way before prices came down, the standard or 480i pic isnt great and I want a new one...

Any suggestions? (this is for my bedroom, I have a 50 inch Pioneer Elite 720p in the living room)

I just picked up this lcd a week ago and its great!!!!! Best this about it is that it has a small bezel about 1/2 inch (40" screen and only 37 inches wide..wifes wall unit, long story!) and it also has 10 bit rather than the typical 8 bit that most sets under 42" have.
I got this set at PCRichards for 1599 and it was worth it!
