I know this has probraly been brought up before on this forum...but I have the HDDVR and I have Series Recordings set up for Letterman and Family Guy (both 1st Run Episodes only) and they didn't record...then if I am watching a show and hit record on the remote...nothing happends, I am running the new guide and on the guide it has a red dot saying its recording or going to be recorded and nothing has been recorded... my guess the box is screwed up, but I wanted to see if anybody else has had these issues before calling verizon

Have you tried turning the box off, unplugging it, leave unplugged for 10/15 min, then plug back it and wait for it to restart.

Just one thing to try before calling.
