So I Dish'n it up, now what?

I did the Dish'n it up promo to upgrade a SD receiver to a HD one after purchasing a HDTV for the bedroom. I was told that Dish would send a box for me to put the old receiver in and mail back to them. Well that was three or four months ago and still nothing. I cant quite figure out if I am being billed for it or not (I also changed my service over to the DVR Advantage package) the only SD receiver in service is a dual tuner SD DVR.

If I can figure out the bill and find out that they are not charging me for it, should I keep it for something or is it deemed useless?

A call to customer service would probably get you the best answer.

3 to 4 months ago lol. Its not all there fault anymore. Who waits 3 to 4 months for something in the mail?
