Other than gaining the Voom channels ... why upgrade to the 622 ??

Also who's upgraded to the 622 and misses their 942 ??

HD locals via Dish (if they are available in your area), NFL, ESPN2, Universal, National Geographic, Food, Home & Garden, and Starz HD.

You can get just the Voom channels on the 942. There are about 10 or newer HD channels you can only get with the 622. I would imagine all future HD channels will only be available if you have the 622 also with the newer MPEG-4. There are some other minor differences. One is having the guide show seven lines instead of five with a preview.

I've only had it a week and I'm glad I upgraded. Dish was only going to give me a $100 for my 942, which I'd purchased last January. I sold it this morning on ebay for $340!!!
