Local Hd Channels Out Of Sync

Voices constantly OUT OF SYNC with my Local HD channels through Dish Network in Los Angeles .Anyone else having similiar problems?

I dvr'd Saturday Night Live (Los Angeles KNBC) and yes, it had lip sync problems...so much so I deleted it after 5 minutes of viewing.

Mine suddenly started getting sort of pixelated, and the video seemed to sort of stick or slow down & sort of get jumpy or "sticky", like it couldn't catch up...

I was watching football, so I just switched over to my OTA HD Antenna & it worked fine...

I have so many glitchy issues with my receiver that I am used to flipping over to my OTAA when it screws up... Of course, if the chanel I was watching wasn't local, then I still miss that show, but at least I'm not watching a reset screen or crappy reception!
