Is there a place to find out how long until your market gets local HD

Is there a list anywhere of the next markets to get local HD stations?

I live about 60 miles North of Charlotte, NC. I can now get local channels out of Charlotte, but not the HD locals. I am too far to get OTA locals since they are spread out in different locations (about 25 degrees apart) and a couple are blocked by the taller buildings in the city. I currently have Charter and am thinking of switching to satelite and DSL internet. My phone company (Embarq) bundles with Dish. DTV has the locals in HD now, but I want the maximum number of HD channels possible.

When they have a firm plan I am sure Dish will publish it. It took a while just for specific cities to have locals on Dish. I would think planning and negotiating for digital stations will take at least as long.

Go to the Dish web site and seach under HD when you get their put in your zip code and the system will tell you if you can get HD in your neighborhood they will be found in the 8000 series.

I live in 87114 and we get all local channels in HD from dish on the network I have a VIP 221 receiver,
