Dish HD Local Channels

I purchased a Plasma TV last year and have 2 dish 500 satellites. One is for normal programming and one for HD channel lineup. I live 80 miles north of Atlanta and can not get the local Atlanta HD channels with an antenna. I sent an e-mail to Dish and they are telling me if I get a Dish 1000 I can get the local Atlanta channels. Will this replace one of the satellites or will I now have 3 sitting in my yard?

If both of your dishes are pointed in the same general direction, you are probably already set up for 110,119 and 129, but if one is considerably pointed to the East it is probably looking at 61.5 instead of 129 (129 is where Atlanta locals are located). In the latter case, they could just reaim the 61.5 dish to 129 - probably get a more stable signal than with a Dish 1000.

Theoretical question. I'm in IL. If I upgrade to the new Dish MPEG-4 receiver and HD channel lineup (including locals through the dish), could I change my address to a market that gets HD locals and get them here?

I've heard of people changing their addresses to get locals in a different market, would this work with HD locals?

Does networks like ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC and Universal HD broadcast True HD only in Primetime?

Universal HD is a 24 hour channel and not a broadcast network as the others listed are, some programs were recorded in HD and others are upconverted. Sports are usually replays and in HD. Most primetime shows are HD with the exception of reality programs, some movies are in HD as well. Most major sports are HD while lesser sports are not. Some local news broadcast may also be HD, but the station themselves have to purchase their own equipment.
