Just over a week ago I had Dish come out to my home and update my equipment, dropped a 811 and went from 942 to 622. The install was a complete sham and I went without tv for like 6 days, don't ask. I recently posted about hooking my OTA back up to my 622 and received alot of help there, thanks. My question now is if anyone is knows if I can call dish and have them come back out to the house and fix the install so that it works as it did before? When I called them with the issues with the new equipment install they said that the installation was gaurnteed:confused: for 90, so would hooking the OTS back up to the system as it was with the 942 covered by that? Any help here would be great! I have tried to hook it up with diplexors and all the other ideas and it just is not working as it did before and I really feel that it should without me having to go out and buy 100' of coax and reinstall what the installer screwed up.
