Info On Best Local UHF Antenna

I have a Terk TV50 antenna ( 8 yrs old) in my ATTIC and the local HD signals appear to be weak. At times they act the same way as when I get heavy rain where the digital signals are breaking up. My area (23838) HD UHF reception patterns are close and only 18 miles away. Any suggestions on a good UHF Multi Directional antenna i could get while I wait for D* to add my HD locals.
