Finally got smart aobut HDMI_DVI

In another thread I talked about my 211 having no HDMI-DVI signal. I did all the anecdotal fixes, diddled with an incompetent CSR\HD Tech at Dish, and suddenly it dawned on me.

I called the INSTALLER. Tech arrived early the next morning, swapped out the 211, and away we went. Everything now perfect.

DVI and digital audio and great PQ.
