had posted that Dish had charged them $49 dollars for the 211 receiver upgrade and then turned around and charged them another $49 on the next bill. This is not the case.
With my situation I paid an initial $49 over the phone when I upgraded to the 211. On my next invoice the $49 was subtracted from my bill. Something like $80(what I pay a month) - $49 = $30. And then on the next invoice it was something like $80+$49=$129. Confusing, but you only pay $49. At least thats how my situation was.
