Upgrade??

I know this question was asked (probably many times) before but it is hard to search for it now.

What is the latest promotion for current dish customers upgrades for the new HD receivers? I have and 811 and another non-HD receiver and I moving soon to a new house and planning to upgrade. What’s the policy??

Upgrade fee - $299.00 for a 622 and $49.00 for 211. $25.00 rebate for any owned receiver returned to Dish.
