Dallas HD Local Are Live

:yippee: Happy to see the Dallas, TX HD locals up and running. Dish has delivered on schedule for a change. It's about time. Doesn't seem like PBS 13 is part of the deal though. Anyone know if PBS will be added to the mix? Happy nonetheless. :yippee:

So how did you go about getting them and do you get ALL of the local Dallas stations?

To receive the HD locals you must have a ViP series receiver and subscribe to your local channels through DishNetwork.

Right now DishNetwork is only providing HD for ABC, CBS, NBC and FOX networks. Other locals might be provided in the future, but don't count on it. If you must have ALL of them you 'll need the proper antenna and receive them OTA.

I too was very happy to see this over the weekend. Itshould make recording shows much easier now.
