622 slow re

I thought I would let you know how I made out with the 622 channel changing being slow up to 10 or 15 seconds sometimes first took the hint that my signal might be weak [ it was ]so tweaked the dish my dish 500 the 119 was only 65 ] now have have 95 to 100 on both 110 and 119 [ always did have that much on the 61.5] , still didn't resolve the problem checked all of the connections to make sure they were tight [ they were] next called dish they tried a number of transponders and my signal was always good then they asked if I shut the 622 off at night I said no not always they said it needed to update and had to be off at night [ I really didn't believe that was the problem although I know it does update at night] so I tried that doesn't make any difference in total I called dish 4 times all different techs all making notes in my file all said different things also said it is not a known problem, BUT they are sending me another 622 so maybe it is not sure it should be here tomorrow or friday will let you know how this one works .
