I've read different threads about "secret" service menus with TVs and I was wondering how you get to them.
Here is the problem I'm having, things such as a channels logo in the bottom right corner of the screen is too far right and slightly chopped off. When I watch DVDs the THX intro is way off center to the right and cut off. I called Sony and the guy had never heard of this problem before. He also said there is no horizontal center on the TV. Maybe he didn't want me messing around in the service menu, who knows. Does anyone know how to access this menu if it exists?
Also when I first turn on the TV or switch inputs, the "title bar" says it's in 4:3 mode. Everything I've seen in the settings says 16:9.
What gives?
Thanks for your help!
