CRT With CC, Digital Tuner, DVD Player, & VCR

Anyone know if there are any CRT's with a built in CableCard, ATSC Digital Tuner, DVD Player, & VCR too? I'm sure this must sound like one of the strangest combinations and/or requests you have ever heard of, but I'm serious. :eek: It's for "a friend", I swear! Those of you who know me know I would not purchase anything like this, but I'm trying to keep someone from buying a combo TV/DVD/VCR that has the old NTSC tuner. They have standard cable now and want to replace a 19-20" TV that has a built-in DVD & VCR. I figure if they are insisting on replacing it with another all-in-one unit, they better get one that will be able to receive cable channels not just now but for many years to come (they do not want a STB converter, which is what they'll need in a few years when cable goes "all-digital", so my only hope is to make sure they get one with CableCard). Is this type of combo set a reality yet? If not, I will try to get them to wait until it is available.

p.s. They want something larger, like a 24-27". Thanks!

Don't think there is one with all that you're looking for.Thanks; the nuker and Orville Reddenbacher thing would be nice, but it needs a built-in beer tap since they don't drink coffee. :D I guess I gotta let them live and learn, then just say "I told you so" in 3 years when they need a set-top-box to get analog cable.....

Yes, check out Toshiba's new HD tri-play TV/DVD/VCR combo, MW26H82 and MW30H82. It has everything except CableCard. That's the closest you can get.
