Confuse with HD programming

Do they include Voom in Dish HD packages ? It is impossible find this on DN web site. And is a switch from 811 to 211 receiver free or $49 ? On the web site they mention something about some special for existing HD customer, but not a detail about it. Anybody
know any detail ?

I got my 211 for $49 and 18 month commitment. I was leasing 811 and I have a bundle service with Dish, SBC and Yahoo DSL.
