I'm wondering if the 211 is more "stable" than the 811? The 811 went off now and then when your locals were tuned through the outside antenna and had to "reload" everything, always at a critical time in a movie or NASCAR race! AND, it would go nuts now and then and you had to unplug it for a time to get it back to normal.

The connector on my TV is a DVI-HDTV, so I have to get an adapter cable. Does this affect anything?

AND, they have to put up a "different" dish. The current 811 SD picture stinks, but the HD picture is amazing. Is the 211 SD picture any better with the "different" dish?

I'm just trying to decide whether to "hold'em" or take one. Sometimes taking one brings more disruption than improvement.
