DN customer service told me tonight I will get all my local channels in HD...first they told me it would go on in 10 minutes....10 to 15 minutes went by and no Local HD channels..I called back and was told that all my locals will go on as HD on February 2nd !!!!! I called them back to confirm this..and they said it will automatically happen on February 2nd.
WHY February 2nd??? Thats just the way it is.
Also my Americas Everything Package turns into the Platimum package at midnight they said . I guess that's when Starz HD will all of a sudden appear on my hd channel line up.
I already had my 5 new Voom channels added today automatically.
