The ViP 211 has the caller ID history list. A nice feature but when you power it off, the next time you turn it on you find that the list has been totally cleared. The manual says nothing about this happening. Anyone know if there is a way to save the list besides never turning the receiver off?
The Guide Display has a option called "Extended - Partial guide with video". When in this mode, the bottom line is most of the way off the bottom of my screen. This is the only mode where this happens. Any ideas on how to raise the entire picture just a little bit to correct this?
