If so, please post the specifics, was it a straight up swap (811 for 211)? is there a lease fee? are the locals automatic or is it a part of the package--yada yada yada....

Currently,only new subscribers can get a 211 to keep.
Other subscriber's can do the Dish N' It Up promotion starting February 1st to Lease the 211.The 211 will not be for sale
through Dish Network for a long time.
