Mimic the ambient light

I just got my new Sharp AQUOS LCD 37" HD.
Any recommendations for a back light that will mimic the Philips Ambient light?

The Philips Ambilight uses the predominant background color of the picture for the light to "extend" the background. You probably will not be able to mimic that.
