Has anyone used this adapter?

My problem is I dont have a component out option for 6800 GT graphics card. Would that adapter work for my situation?

To convert RGB to Y/Pr/Pb you need a transcoder... it's probably more practical to buy a new card with component out... several 6600GT and 6800GT models have that option.

My PX 6800 GT is on it's way for RMA to Leadtek, I was recording CSI Thurs and poof all of a sudden I lost my digital signal, my TV blue screened and I'm like WTF? so here I go trouble shooting... replacing cables, reflashing the card etc... Deep down I knew it was the card from the begining it's always the card! talking to myself in dicussed, anyway I just bought this bad boy at Tiger. I've had good luck with Gigabyte mobos, my 8INXP is still my main encoder and still going strong.
