I was wondering if there is a comprehensive list of available HD channels by ZIP code. Or something close to that, for OTA.

Yes there is. Check out AntennaWeb.org (http://www.antennaweb.org/aw/welcome.aspx) You can enter your address even and get a table of all stations both analog and digital with the number of miles you are from the station and the compass orentation required for pointing your antenna. Another option will draw you a map of your area. Check it out!

None that I know of. Here is what antennaweb says:

Not at this time. AntennaWeb.org currently only provides information for U.S. addresses and broadcast stations.
