Pause TV

When I pause my tv that is connected to a joey and then press play it will jump to live tv and not start from where it was paused. What can I do to fix that? Thanks

Is this occurring on Live TV or DVR recording? What software version does your Joey have? Have you tried unplugging the Joey from the electrical outlet for 10 seconds? I tested pause and resume on my Joey here and I didn't have a problem. Please let me know.
