Dish loyalty dept

I have a friend that has been with Dish for a long time.His contract is up and tried calling Dish to get a new offer.They refused to give him any kind of deal.He told them he was going to go to Direct because they were giving him a better deal to switch.Does anyone have a direct number to someone else than the customer service reps.? Oh he currently has AEP/HD PLATINUM

A couple of years ago there was direct phone line to the loyalty department. Does it still exist? I want to get my grandparents' account looked at - they're paying more for the same SD channels than my brother is for HD. Of course, I don't want to go through every entry-level non-native English speaker to get it taken care of though.

I was unable to find any direct #'s for the loyalty department. You could always call in and request a transfer, or if you'd rather I may be able to assist. If you'd like me to look at that shoot me a PM with the account #/phone #.
