Exercising channels?

Are there any exercising channels on the 120 package on dish? I can't seem to find any. I need to look around and see if there's something I am missing out on that I pay for. I have a Wii and might be something interesting on here I don't know about. I actually don't set and watch TV. That is a problem with my husband since he goes to sleep watching it.

There are no specific exercise channels available, there are some shows that come on other stations that have some exercise involved. You can check the TV scheduler to find out exactly what's playing and where from our website http://www.dishnetwork.com/customerService/programmingGuides/default.aspx. You can do a search for specific tags like fitness, exercise, etc. A few examples in your package include E, IONW, and Travel Channel.
