I am looking for a player that has both Netflix and Pandora services. Sony does not seem to support Pandora, and it has its own services.

Can some of the internet streaming services be subscribed or added -- depending upon manufacturer.

so far Samsung, LG and Vizio seem so offer the above 2.

My budget is approx no more that $150.00

-- thank you

I think the newest Panasonic BD players support both, but just check them.

I would avoid Samsung BD players like the plague since they have a history of not properly supporting firmware revisions to play new releases like Sony & Panasonic.

I heard most of the brand players, need Proprietary Wireless LAN USB adapters. You cannot use any USB Wireless adapter like LinkSys or Ra-Link. etc. So which player would be better from that perspective..

You get a wireless bridge gaming adapter like THIS (http://www.amazon.com/Cisco-Linksys-WGA54G-Wireless-G-Gaming-Adapter/dp/B00009X6DT) that receives the wifi from the wireless router and then you plug the wire into the Ethernet jack on the BD player. You can then buy a cheap $20.00 Ethernet 4 port switch so that more devices can be attached for network access as needed. I think more and more devices around the TV will need net access as time goes on, so this route to doing it is cheaper and not dependent on that one device to get access alone with a BD player with WiFi built into it.

I have this link (http://www.amazon.com/TRENDnet-Wireless-Gaming-Adapter-TEW-647GA/dp/B0024G48VA/ref=dp_cp_ob_e_title_0) connected to my LG BD370. Cheap and works great.

What router do you have and does it work well with it? I have Linksys.

The LG BD570 has both and built in Wi-Fi. I have been using the Linksys WGA600N with my Blu-ray players and ZyXEL wireless router and can recommend it if you decide on a player without Wi-Fi.

I have a netgear router. It works great with it. I use it to stream Netflix all the time.

I may buy that just to finally get Ethernet to my upstands master bedroom.

I have the Sony bx57 (aka 570). It does what you want but it costs about $224 + tax at Sam's, or $224 w/o tax on the web. Built in wi-fi. Cheers

I run a Netgear router coupled with a wireless range expander. I get 100% in just about the entire house.:D
