I'm thinking about getting the DVR 921. I have the 811 and I have a couple of problems with the picture. For example, I maybe watching MSNBC or another channel and all of a sudden the picture on the screen starts going from side to side. I called many times and all the tech's tell me that it is a software glich and they will make a note of it. Does anyone have the 921? What cables do you have? I have a DVI runing from the 811 to the DLP t.v. and the picture is not spectacular in sd. HD looks great!!!! Will I get a better picture quality with the 921? And what is the benifits of MPEG-4?
