Poormans DVD

Greetings all.....Hope this is the right place for this question. I currently do not have a DVD-R, so I have been trying to put my divx movies to vcd and have been having somewhat of a prob. I tried using SUPER DVD CREATOR 8.5, and it does a decent job on video, but for whtever reason, the sound and video are not in sync. or the video gets slightly choppy and then adjusts. Was hoping that some of u could lead me in the right direction as to wht program to use in order to be able to put these divx movies to vcd. SUPER DVD was really easy to use, but real limited on options. Thank you all for your help.

Thank you for your reference....I'll start researching tonight and see if it points out the info I need.
