we are a high definition video company, we are about to launch a tv show and we would like to have really high definition videos online, size really is not an issue since we are aiming to show this videos to clients so we want to show them as best as possible (well if we can save some space in compression without loosing any quality it would be cool. ) anyway, I would like to know your advice on what programms to use and what software must be installed on our server...? to make them as easiest as possible for the user and of the highest quality at the same time.

Thanks a lot for your help in advanced, I would really appreciatte if you can help us on this.

heres an example of the quality we are aiming: www.endorphin.com (in fact it is the perfect example of how we want them.

Also it would be helpfull if you could direct me to some high definition encoding forums? maybe?

WMVHD might be a good choice.
You can see some amples here (http://www.wmvhd.com/).
(wikipedia link (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WMVHD))

A good encoder would probably be Canopus's ProCoder (http://www.canopus.us/us/products/procoder2/pm_procoder2.asp) ($499.00).

videohelp.com (http://www.videohelp.com/) is also another great site for lots of video info.

As for hosting them, I think you can just put the video on your site (or you zip them) and let people download.
