Nice comparision.....Im sure this will be used a lot to show the difference between ntsc and hdtv. Good Find!

Interesting that NASA uses 1920x1080 for the HDTV as opposed to the 1280x720 that the DOD uses. Guess they want the better detail. They didn't say whether they were using 1080p/30, but that would be my guess.

Also the downconverts being much better is also interesting.
