EA break in dvd problems....

I ordered a plama dvd from eaprogramming and I have contacted them repeatedly with no reply because the dvd i recieved just plays a pure white screen and nothing else...I was told it should play a bunch of different colors. Any one else having problems getting a reply from them good luck.

White is a bunch of different colors!

White is ALL the colors but the idea with the break in disc is to display all the various colors alone so that you can get even break in. :p
