Any NY Giants fans here wana talk some football

Just trying to connect with som fellow Giants fans and share some frustration. It seems I mite like talking sports here moreso than the Giants website who really seem to be a bunch of hiprocrats and fool people on that site.

How much frustration can Giant fans have? They only lost 2 games so far, both to top teams. I don't think there's anything to worry about, except for Eli's arm. ;)

Edit: Oops, I just checked and they lost 3 games in a row. I guess Giant fans do have some reason for worry.

I had high hopes for Eli, especially after the Superbowl win but he has yet to prove himself consistently. Let's hope maturity catches up with him soon...

I too had high hopes for Eli, and I'm not sure exactly what's wrong this year, as I don't follow them really closely... :what:

This season, my Wife made me pick one team before the start of the season that we would both root for, so I picked the Colts & Peyton, but having said that, I've been also rooting for the Vikings & Brett, & also the Bengals...

how long have you been a member of the message boards? Did you have alot of posts? It seems as if people with alot of posts, well ofcourse they couldnt have been banned if they have that many posts. I have about 400 with one name and about 200 with the other.

J/K of course, I am a die hard Eagle Fan over 20 years season ticket holder but I would be more than Happy,;) , to talk football with any fan of any team as we all really have one love, competitive sports, so what it's what we like right after our HT set-up , Wife , Children, Dog then Football..some days I would switch the HT and Wife spot. :lol:.

What the hell GW,,,,me good man,,,apparently you have not been married long!!! Never ever,,,did me say,,Never ever let your precious make you pick what team you both are going to root for. Grab your kajuggles by the hair, heft them as high as you can stand the pain (don't make any noise) and kindly steampile them into her chin (still,,no noise) and sweetly whisper in her ear, "Honey,,the Vikings are me team, you root for whomever the f**& you want,,but the Vikings are me team!!!" It also helps if you do the Nicholson crazy eye stare. :D:D

Okay, I see your point. However, the fact remains that 99.9% of the time, she will NOT even watch whatever sport I am watching, so in fact, I can (and DO) root for whoever I feel like that particular day... :D

She knows I like Brett & The Vikes, & also Eli & The Giants. But she also knows that my PASSION is hockey~ :yippee:

PS My experience has shown me that it is generally MUCH better to be "agreeable" when confronted with such silly ultimatums, and let them be quickly forgotten about, than to escalate and get them "fired up". Kinda like the old addage about the willow vs the mighty oak... :lol:

At least Giants fans don't have to worry about losing this weekend. :D

I am shocked, I cannot believe they have lost 4 in a row! There is still plenty of time though to turn it around! Eli will really have to step it up, if they can win next couple and go into the Dallas game victorious, they are right back in it.
