Over 5k in positive feedback and no negatives, most from ebay accounts with a lot of feedback on them as well and not fluffer 1/2 feedback accounts (yes I looked)... Yeah I'd be pretty confident buying from him.

There's no doubt he is a reputable seller, but I'd be leery about playing it that far ahead of release date...especially online.

Probably because like most vendors he has/will have them on hand before the actual release date... he's just breaking the rules is all (also like some other vendors)

Not that I recall. MS was banning people for playing pirated copies early, but they also stated that they could tell the difference between a pirated copy and legitimate copy that was just sold early and people that had a legit though early copy would not get banned.

Can't get into it until tomorrow, but the little messing around I did, I have to say WOW.
I played the PC version of Call of Duty 4 fully maxed at 1920 x 1080 and this rivals that, no lie guys.
You can certainly see a differance here and there, but none the less impressive.

It also runs at 1080p natively, no more of the turning off 720p if you want the "full HD".

Needless to say, I can't wait until I can dive into this starting tomorrow.
