Hello guys, right now I have a samsung LN52B610 tv. It has been giving HDMI issues for the past couple weeks so I decided to exchange it Sams Club for a new one. But today I saw 3 tvs which are better and cheaper than the sammy. Which one of these 3 would you rec?

Sony 52" BRAVIAŽ XBR9 Series (http://www.us-appliance.com/kdl52xbr9.html#scProductReviews)

Samsung LN52B750 (http://www.amazon.com/Samsung-LN52B750-52-Inch-1080p-Charcoal/dp/B001VKY7WU)

Or go away from LCD all together and choose this, however, I game ALOT on my PS3 and 360 and watch a few blu-rays, so I'm worried about low refresh, as PS3 3D needs 120min and 240 rec Hz.

I own the Samsung LN52B750 and will tell you the Panasonic TCP50V10 is the best route you could go! I'm kicking myself right now for not considering a plasma! :banghead: I saw the Panasonic TCP50V10 at Ken Cranes for $1844, the Samsung LN52B750 runs the same amount at Amazon!

I will second the recommendation for the Panasonic TCP50V10. It just beats the others listed, hands down, especially for gaming, Blu-ray and watching sports.

What about the low refresh rate?

What about the low refresh rate?

Actually plasma TV's refresh thousands of times faster than ANY LCD. Lcd's refresh are measured in milliseconds whereas plasma TV's refresh is measured in microseconds.

So the so called refresh rates you are referring to are to compare LCD against LCD's, not plasma.

Get the panny TC-P50V10. I just got one three weeks ago and it's awesome. I sold my Sony 40XBR7 LCD and couldn't be happier with the Panny.
