Sanyo LCD HDTV Help

hey, i'm new here, i found this site and thought i may get some help, i have a problem with my lcd tv, it started this morning. one side of the screen is normal but the other side gets messed up. it starts with a wide strip of discoloration on the right side of the screen, than at the half way point of the screen a line flashes then the whole right side gets messed up. when i turn the tv off for a little while and turn it back on it goes away and seems fine, but it returns after a small period of time. anyone know what's wrong?
