GTAIV was fun, but after playing Saint's Row 2 I found the games to be fairly bland. It's almost too realistic... I may end up picking up the $40 pack when released, but there's so much gaming this season anyways I'll probably just forget about it.

Aye, I didn't rate GTA4 at all when I played it for a few hours on release. Saints Row 2 was IMO by far the better game. It's a shame the DLC for it is so light in content. If they were doing these sorts of DLC packs it'd have kept my interest.

Sorry to dissapoint you, but I highly doubt it'll make it across to PS3 what with Microsoft practically funding the development of it.

So I put it in, played for an hour or so. It's just more GTAIV. AND if you haven't played GTAIV in over a year well good luck. I know I had to manually teach myself all the buttons again. And the 3rd freaking mission they give you is a helicopter one. I HATED those in the original and it seems like the designers love them in this one.
On the other hand it IS GTA which means fantastic storyline and amazing characters. Gay Tony is a stupid/lucky Jew Fag who as it says owns the gay and straight clubs in LC. But he's made some VERY bad deals and it's up to you as Louis to fix the problems. There's a LOT of racial humor. I've heard the word Fag, Nigger, Guido, Spic, Guinea and Jew about 30 times a piece just in 3 missions. (okay an exaggeration but it's there.) And there's some massive stereotyping involving a "rich" Arab who basically tries to be black, poorly. He says "My Nigga" a lot. But with an arab accent if you aren't sensitive it's kinda funny.
Also within 5 minutes of starting the game my character was banging a girl in the bathroom. I did something right apparently. So yeah it's GTAIV. Get it if you can, enjoy. It has it's frustrations it's not as fun as Saints Row 2 again, but the story makes up for it.

So some spoilers, but there's this character in the game Yusif Amir I talked about him earlier. Well if anyone remembers the scenes from Tropic Thunder with Tom Cruise. Picture an arabic version of that character only MUCH richer.
This is the song he's dancing too in my favorite scene in the game so far.

The name of the mission is called "Caught with your pants down".
Yusif decides he wants a tank. You take a helicopter to where the tank is being heli-lifted, you have to use a sniper rifle to shoot the tank down, hitting the 4th bolt is a bitch. Then you have to kill EVERY cop till they back off and you bring the tank back to Yusif.
But the best part is before the mission starts Yusif's VERY strict father shows up and catches him wearing no pants, hanging out with strippers, gangsters, a gun, and drugs. Yusif says to his father "Don't judge a book by its cover you taught me that pappa" The father replies "When the book is called guns, drugs, hookers and NO PANTS I do not have to read it." Just a scene I loved and I have insomnia so I felt like sharing a gem with you guys.
