MW2 LE console

Anyone picking up the MW2 LE console? I have to replace the 360 in the basement, so I'm thinking about that one or an Elite. The LE has a 250gb HD and comes with the game (not sure about the 2 wireless controllers up here in Canada). But, if I get an Elite, I also can buy the Prestige edition with the night vision goggles...hmmm.

Heh, that's what I was waiting for, to see if those goggles are cheap or not. I heard they were old Soviet ones. I'm leaning towards the LE 250 gig unit. Oh, I guess we canucks get the 2 wireless controllers too. ;)

don't forget the LE also comes with a standard copy of the game

Bro, I'm currently 'in talk' with my parents about getting one. I only have one controller, and I want that 250GB HDD, but have the prestige edition reserved at GS. I guess if I buy the console, I can return the regular edition of the game and buy PES 2010. Yes... I like that. :thumbsup:

Believe me bro, I can. You know the 80GB MGS4 bundle that came out last year? Yea, I sold that shit without any trouble. The game I mean.

Also, I think the Hardened & Prestige editions come with the first COD, which I'd really like to see. Basically it boils down to this, MW2 LE is $429, which comes with 250gigs, 2 wireless controllers and a copy of the game. An Elite comes with 120gigs and a wireless controller. The prestige edition comes with the game (inc COD1) and night vision goggles. This amounts to about $469. I have to decide how badly I want the goggles. ;)

The goggles are made in a toy factory in China.

The Halo 3 360 looked really good... it was stupid of Microsoft not to package it with the game though.

Agreed, I think it's just a bit classier. It could be those bronze colored accents. My disk drive is starting to go downhill. It's having a hard time reading disks sometimes, and every now and then I get that E65 error, grrrr. In the future any game that I'm going to be playing lots, it's going to be DL'd on the HD.

If M$ would stop being cheap and release the 250GB HDD to the public, we wouldn't be having this discussion.
