You can stack gift cards, but you don't receive them until the game ships.
I just called Amazon and they said I would automatically get that 20.00 game card. I am ticked off though that the expected ship date is not until 11/16/09 on MW2. I thought when you buy pre-orders they are scheduled to be delivered on release day not shipped 1 week AFTER release date. :mad:

Its probably the demand for the game, I remember seeing day and date delivery a couple weeks ago.. But with all these pre orders for the gift card, I can see them needing to get a resupply..
