Maybe someone can help me to solve it. When I turn my console on after 1-5 min. the screen freezes and looks like this

I can't do anything except turning my xbox off.
It happend when i downloaded one of the indie games and try to run it, than i got that screen.

That is the ONLY time this happens? When you try running a particular game you recently downloaded? If not, it sounds like a RRoD is in your near future.

It' happend today after a week or two not using xbox at all. I downloaded trial Indie game (bowling) and run it and looked ok. Than I downloaded another one ( miner dig deep), and when i run it, it froze.
Now whenever i turn on my xbox it happens afer couple minutes. I don't know when RROD will appear. I think it's a matter of time, but for now I don't see the point to turning it on, while It freezes so quick.
I checked, that i bought it 11/17/06, so if 3 years waranty will cover it I will be happy. I've already hac RROD once during this time.

The refurb after the first return only gets 90 days IIRC.

Just tell them you're gonna go buy a PS3 Slim instead. That might light a fire under their ass to help you. Or not, but worth a try.

Same exact thing happened to mine. In fact, on the workorder sheet i had to fill out when i sent it in to be fixed, i wrote, "360 freezing with a rainbow colored screen."
These guys are right though... Time for a new one.

If it is out of warranty, it is very possible to talk the CS people into getting it replaced for free anyway.
With a hard enough line you can get just about any 360 replaced for free.

Slightly off topic but related to hard balling CS. I had a generation one Sirius Stiletto for quite some time. It recently broke and a newer one is hundreds of dollars. I called up Sirius. They can't replace the stiletto because it was out of warranty but I got them to send me a sportster 5 which is one of their top end car radios for almost free to avoid me canceling due to "economic difficulties". I had to agree to sign a 6 month contract but whatever I wasn't canceling anyway. So Fuckem!
An update in my case.
Finally RROD appeared :mad: But every time I turn console off and leave it for apx 2 min and turn it on again, everything seems to be ok besides freezing. When it freezes, I turn it off and than turn it on. After that I got RROD. The cycle repeats again and again.
Not to waste much time I gave xbox support a call and found out that MS 3yrs warranty for RROD in my case will expire in 2010.
I think that the first time I sent my xbox for repair, they sent me back a new one. And from that date my warranty was valid.
I keep my fingers crossed to get my xbox back in couple weeks, and not paying for it
